Privacy policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
This policy explains what information is collected when you use ProScreeners (proscreeners.com, “the site”, “we”), how it is used, and the choices you have.
Advertising and cookies (Google AdSense)
The site is free because it shows ads served by Google AdSense. In connection with those ads:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices or, in Europe, www.youronlinechoices.eu.
- Google and its partners may also use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and similar technologies to measure ad performance, limit how often you see an ad, and prevent fraud. If you have not opted out, other third-party ad vendors or ad networks may also serve ads on the site.
Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and about Google’s advertising cookies at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads or advertising cookies are used, through a consent message provided by Google. You can change your choice at any time from that message or by clearing this site’s cookies. Where required by US state privacy laws, you can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising through the same tools, or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
Visitor statistics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they use. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) and collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. We use these reports only in aggregate to improve the site. A page view is recorded when a page loads; the screeners’ auto-refresh only updates market data and records nothing extra. Google processes this data under its privacy policy; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, by blocking or clearing this site’s cookies, or through the consent message shown to visitors in Europe and the UK.
Market data requests
The screeners run in your browser. To show results, your browser connects directly to the data providers: Binance (data-api.binance.vision, or api.binance.us as a fallback), OKX (www.okx.com), Deribit (www.deribit.com), CoinPaprika (api.coinpaprika.com), Hyperliquid (api.hyperliquid.xyz) and, if you choose those markets, Alpaca (data.alpaca.markets, plus paper-api.alpaca.markets or api.alpaca.markets for option open interest) for US stocks and options and Massive (api.massive.com) for CME futures. If you turn on auto-refresh, your browser repeats these requests at the interval you pick while the page is open and visible. Like any website, those providers receive your IP address and browser details with each request, under their own privacy policies. We don’t see or store the results of your scans.
Your data keys and settings
If you add an Alpaca or Massive key, it is stored only in your browser’s local storage on your device, together with simple preferences such as your theme, the market and preset you picked and your auto-refresh setting (and, for futures, a short-lived copy of the candles to save requests). Each key is sent only to its provider, directly from your browser, and never to our servers. You can remove it at any time with the “Remove” button next to the screener’s results or by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, the name, optional Telegram username and message you enter are delivered to us as a private Telegram message so we can read and answer it. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are not a bot and may process your IP address and browser signals under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we store almost nothing about you, most requests can be handled by clearing this site’s data in your browser and using the ad choices above. For anything else, contact us.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
